he talking about how the entire business model is unsustainable because the drivers/restaurants/apps are all not making any money thus the person ordering is getting a good service for less than it actually cost.

personally, I NEVER use food delivery apps. everything for me is within 5 minutes for the most part, and there's no point. I prefer using the actual company website and picking up every time.
