You stupid bro because I've been pulled over and searched before. I beat the case though because they refused to give up the video tape - of the cops talking shyt and searching my shyt. They found an OZ of green in the car and some blunts but i beat it because i didn't break any laws to get pulled over.

Case got dismissed. Anything is possible when you have a good lawyer, and its the same shyt if they want to search your house. Learn the laws homie.

Difference between you and Jay and beanie sigel is that you and Jay probaly wuznt convicted felons(I'm guessin)....I don't know if its the same in every state but alotta places if you a felon and u on probation and u refuse a search they gon still take you in probaly and you can violate ya probation bcuz you intefered with they investigation....and even if you not on parole I've heard they can take you in on sum bullshyt....I'm not a felon but nikkas have told me it happened and on the other hand nikkas always wanna make it seem like they got they rights violated....but I think the lesson is don't ride dirty and if u are don't be a felon...they will know your a felon and assume u hiding sumthing....probable cause enough for you...you can't be a felon with a gun becuz they assume your going to kill sumbody rather you've been convicted of a violent crime or not,and god knows why they can't vote...rights get the when your a felon.

That aint always true man. It's dark as hell on the highway at 3 AM. And in that tan Ford Fusion most people would assume it was an old white lady.

I bet they were swerving. Driver probably dropped a xanax or something.

Bottom line, don't ask me how, when you're riding like that it's best to get where you're going before it's dark out. Whippin down the 95 at 3 AM with guns, weed, lean, and pills is a risky thing to do, regardless of who you are. Lotta cops on the late night creep will pull over damn near anyone that passes them - just to fukk around and see what they can turn up.

Yo, gun laws are way worse up here. Drug laws typically worse in the South.

I got no respect for dumb nikkas. It was obvious he was on lean due to the Breakfast Club interview, and I knew right then that the cops were gonna bust him eventually.

He's beeeeen on that. Who remembers that article years back, I think XXL, where dude asked him about the lean and pills. He was like "that's my twist, some people drink, some people smoke cigarettes, I pop pills and drink syrup." Then he proceeded to say how Philly pioneered the lean game and didn't have any use for Sprite cus they drink it straight.

But if you give them permission, sucks.

All you would have to say "Sorry officer, you can't search my car. Do you have a search warrant to do so?"

I don't even like Beanie Sigel but I hate that this happened to him. Had it been me, they would have add aggrevated assault because I would have whipped that dude driving until they pulled me off of him. The cops must've smelled weed or something...because cops don't have the right to just search your car for no reason during some routine traffic stop, unless you give them consent...if they ask and you say no, it's nothing they can do about it


Beans is just messed at this point...broke and defeated...that was the depressing part of that breakfast club interview to me...could tell dude was dejected and faded...this just made a bad situation worse

nikka calm donw, you ain't the Teflon Don cause they dismissed a fukking misdemeanor weed charge. nikka I done got like 5 charges dropped on illegal search or constructive possession type shyt, but I then got jammed up on some bullshyt too. The good cops will find a way within the confines of the law EVERYTIME, I don't care how muh Perry Mason you be looking at nikka. And they get away withl illegal shyt just like criminals. My money been stolen before Gotta charge it to the game

And at getting a lawyer for that weed case. If you knew the law like you claim to, you would have known that it would have gotten dropped even if you had a P.D.

P.D. ain't dumb. They just got heavy caseloads and can't dedicate time to your case like a paid lawyer would. For some open and shut bullshyt like an illegal search PD's will knock that shyt out. A paid lawyer is for going to trial, or where you need to get a good deal, cause they have the connects and relationships with nikkas in the courthouse. PD's eat lunch with the prosecutors and shyt, so you can't fukk with em when shyt get serious.
