If you say no, one of a few things will happen. Either they'll bring the dog out and it will be probable cause when he gets a scent. Or maybe they'll just find another reason to detain/arrest you, at which point they impound the vehicle and can legally search it. ETC ETC ETC....

They found an OZ of green in the car and some blunts but i beat it because i didn't break any laws to get pulled over.
