No..actually when the cop asks to search your car..you say "search? But officer I did nothing wron...ok you know what..you're just doing your job go ahead.."nikka calm donw, you ain't the Teflon Don cause they dismissed a fukking misdemeanor weed charge. nikka I done got like 5 charges dropped on illegal search or constructive possession type shyt, but I then got jammed up on some bullshyt too. The good cops will find a way within the confines of the law EVERYTIME, I don't care how muh Perry Mason you be looking at nikka. And they get away withl illegal shyt just like criminals. P.D. ain't dumb. They just got heavy caseloads and can't dedicate time to your case like a paid lawyer would. For some open and shut bullshyt like an illegal search PD's will knock that shyt out. A paid lawyer is for going to trial, or where you need to get a good deal, cause they have the connects and relationships with nikkas in the courthouse. PD's eat lunch with the prosecutors and shyt, so you can't fukk with em when shyt get serious.

But if you give them permission, sucks.
All you would have to say "Sorry officer, you can't search my car. Do you have a search warrant to do so?"
That's not true.
It's the 4th amendment.
And you don't need a warrant to search.
If they arrest you, they can search your surrounding area.
If they have probable cause to search, they can search.
If you have some shyt in plain view, they can search.

You don't need much more probable cause then two (I'm assuming) felons, driving around at 3:00 AM acting suspicious as hell, on drugs, and with drugs on them. This isn't a case of martyrs being persecuted, it's Beanie being a damn dirty drug addict, without the will or resources to change his life, or circumstances. Which is just depressing, because he came from the projects to the good life, only to end like this. And yes, you could tell besides the drugs, he is just on a downward spiral. This is it, this time for him. It's over.

I'm just speaking about the actual LAW...now if we're assuming the cops are just gonna break the law and do whatever the fukk they want anyway, and illegally search you on a whim...you're still better off exercising your right to not consent to search, force them to break the law and try to cover up, lawyering up and trying to beat on those grounds...than consenting to search knowing full well you're riding dirty
