Mad Men was so good, I purposely am putting off a rewatch of it. I rewatch The Wire and The Sopranos every year, but every single episode of Mad Men is incredibly dense and has it's own theme. A book, movie, or television show in the background could have significance to whatever message the episode is trying to convey. I remember the season threads for this show had easily the deepest convo of any other show thread. All this without a whodunit plot or contrived twist. Plus, I'll be damned if this show didn't change how I drank and put me on to new (or old I guess) fashion. Don Draper is a top 5 TV show lead character
