This is old knowledge but its true. My bro in high school dated a girl who had an obese mother at the time. Literally 1 year later the transformation began. 2 years later she was chunkier than MF oatmeal. Then when she had a kid 5 years ago it was basically the final nail in the coffin

People who are fat actually have extremely efficient metabolism. Gaining weight easily is an evolutionary advantage. The problem is these people don't know how to manage that metabolism by eating less and drinking more water. The easier it is for you to get fat, the less calories you actually need to maintain your performance.
