Well to build hypertrophy you gotta lift heavy at some point...
Id rather be cautious and deadlift lightly rather than have back pain for the rest of my lift. I value deadlifts but there are plenty of other back exercises to help build a nice back as well.

I agree... Definitely go light and focus on your form as long as possible... But don't be afraid to raise the load breh. Just believe in your form and drop the bar at the top of the lift, recoup, and go for the next rep. Trust yourself breh :salute:
