breh didn't look like he was about to defend himself there choc :usure:

His hands were up, he was looking at Jacobs, he was in his fighting stance N bounced on his toes...what more was he posed to do??

The ref didn't ask him a question... There was no need to give gloves to the ref or look at the ref cuz there was no knockdown

Tim Bradley has made a career of surviving these exact situations (****, Prov, Vargas) you would be cool if that was Bradley last night??

Was at the fight last night :blessed:

Bought a last minute ticket for cheap. Seat was decent. But then as the televised portion was about to start, a man in a suit came up to me and asked if I was by myself. When I said yes, he proceeded to give me a better ticket.

I went from this

Was a good night, the crowd was lit when Jacobs came out and when he stopped Quillin :whew:

And I thought the stoppage was fine. Quillin was out on his feet. He looked like he didn't know where the fukk he was at, plus he was just doing the Zab Judah shuffle. Should the ref have let it go on? Possibly, sure. But I'm not mad that he stopped it, Quillin would have gotten seriously hurt :manny:

All in all, a good night at the Barclays :ehh:

They gotta run that back :francis:

You gotta at least give a guy a chance...give him a standing 8 or something...you don't end it like that.

And i understand he was out on his feet...but nikkas get hurt and recover in boxing everyday b. Ain't like he was taking punishment over prolonged period and was in that condition. Ate a few shots early got hurt and made and gave the appearance that he was ready to continue on.

There are alot of classics in boxing that wouldn't be classics if every ref jumped the gun like this one did.

Yeah because it's such a rarity to see 154 lbers move up and win titles in another division and that shows how weak a division is..:mjlol:..are you nikkas serious? :heh:

Yeah except the jr middles aren't moving up they still weighing in a jr middleweight :russ: Cotto working these "good fighters" just as impressive as 97g if not more due to him eating less shots while doing so.

A division when Gaele is a top fighter :russell:

A division where Lee is a good fighter all of a sudden nikkas called him a jobber when Chavez Jr bum ass worked him :russell:

A division where kid Choc who YOU have shyt on here is a former champ top fighter :russell:

So much talent :russell:

What a division :russell:

What a time to be alive :russell:

Yeah you make a great point with Bradley.

Kid Choc had no issues with it though, Bradley would have been upset at that stoppage. :manny:

in contrast to a division where the champs dont even defend their belts
a division where the most noteworthy thing that happened this year in there is one of the charlos taking the belt off K9
a division full of one and done champs
to use your struggle logic from before..a division thats so bad that a former super feather moved up to dominate it

oh yes this is a truly an exciting, riveting, and competitive division to watch :laff:
