yeah you don't see somebody with a GTX 660 Ti arguing that their PC is still better than somebody with a GTX 780. that's the kinds stuff you see console users argue.PC cats don't have to worry about this tho.

720p on an Xbox One is gonna crush 720p on a Wii U though.@ their pseudo ass next gen console shyt is in the same ballpark as wii-u status but a lil higher.
nikkas gon be paying 100$ for a fake ass next gen console
God damn
Sony nikka fukk with us.
console generational hardware advances aren't about raw power? ok fill me in what are they about?Because console gaming is not about raw power. If it was we'd all be PC gamers.
Mostly over the last 2 gens its mostly been the Sony stans with that BS. First the Cell cpu, now the gpu. I know there are fanboys for all consoles but sony ones take the cake. lolyeah you don't see somebody with a GTX 660 Ti arguing that their PC is still better than somebody with a GTX 780. that's the kinds stuff you see console users argue.

please explain what functionality the Xbox One has added? Kinect already existed they're just packing it in and bumping up the specs. the on screen TV guide? my cable box already has a TV guide. on top of that its not like the Xbox One eliminated my cable box or replaces it. the cable box still has to be there. almost anything that could be described as bumping functionality on Xbox One is a gimmick. They are about moving forward in power AND functionality. With each generation the consoles add some type of functionality besides just gaming power. Like i said if all people wanted to do was get more power then they'ed be upgrading their PC.

Gimmick to you is functionality to me. Remember when 6 vs 3 buttons was a gimmick? Having thumbstick and rumble was a gimmick? Using cd as a storage medium was a gimmick? In your response you overly simplified the X1 features. In a nutshell its designed to enhance your overall entertainment period. Whether its gaming, tv, sports etc.please explain what functionality the Xbox One has added? its not one box its two boxes. you have your cable box and you have your Xbox One. the Xbox One needs the cable box to offer TV features. it doesn't stand alone. its an overlay on top of the cable box. i have a Logitech Harmony Touch remote and through it i can control all the devices in my living room from my PC, to my AV receiver, to my soundbar, to my game consoles (minus the Wii U and Wii) better than Kinect can. if i wanna watch TV on one of my TVs and show the PC on the other i push one button and it does the rest. if i want PC on both TVs again its a one button push. go to PS3 on one TV and PC or TV on the other again one button. That's your opinion, but the fact remains that plenty of new entertainment options are being provided through the Xbox one and PS4 to a lesser extent. Being able to control your entire living room through one box using voice controls is a big deal. People would buy a box just to do that without any gaming capabilities.
Growing up watching all the sci-fi movies, this is the type of integration people have always looked forward to as "the future" now that its here y'all wanna push back against it like its doing something wrong to you.
Old "I don't need a automobile, my horse is just fine" ass nikkas

Wow for you trying hate so much maybe you need to read on the X1's remote capabilities it does all that and more. It will have micro commands so if you say play blu ray it will automatically turn your tv, set the input on the tv to correct one, turn your AV receiver and set its inputs etc. It will make your harmony obsolete.its not one box its two boxes. you have your cable box and you have your Xbox One. the Xbox One needs the cable box to offer TV features. it doesn't stand alone. its an overlay on top of the cable box. i have a Logitech Harmony Touch remote and through it i can control all the devices in my living room from my PC, to my AV receiver, to my soundbar, to my game consoles (minus the Wii U and Wii) better than Kinect can. if i wanna watch TV on one of my TVs and show the PC on the other i push one button and it does the rest. if i want PC on both TVs again its a one button push. go to PS3 on one TV and PC or TV on the other again one button.
some of us aren't simple minded enough to be impressed by gimmicky voice commands. i can switch between Xbox One and TV with one command why would i need to do that when both can run at the same time?

what you described is what the Harmony does. you have set activities and push one button and it remembers the state your devices were in and turns on and off everything to the appropriate setup.Wow for you trying hate so much maybe you need to read on the X1's remote capabilities it does all that and more.
