That's the standard Telltale copout. Your choices never TRULY make a difference to the overall plot. All that choice changed was whether Harvey's face is okay in the cutscenes, and a few lines of dialogue..he'll become Two Face no matter what happens.. Ugh.

Yeah this lore is all over the place but I still fully expect Bruce's parents to be exonerated by the end of all this.

Just finished Ep. 3, it's cool and I'm enjoying the game but everything is going against Bruce that it's gonna take some major twists for him to clear his name in a believable way.
