No matter what contingency plan Batman has, Superman should never have a problem with him. I look at it like letting your younger siblings beat u up in a play fight to help them build confidence. Superman could end Batman literally at any time before he could react if he really wanted to. Batman using kryptonite, fine take it to the sky. There's no logical scenario in which Batman can beat Superman. It would be more like that Justice League fight where he wreckage them nikkas just because they woke him up.
