i'm just glad that i'm one of the lucky PC gamers that is not having performance issues.

the game has only crashed once for me.
It actually has never crashed on me. I guess I have that :manny:

@Fatboi1 @Ciggavelli

have you noticed less stuttering and a smoother gameplay lately?

I played the game for a few hours last night after not playing for about a week, and noticed the game played much better. There was less stuttering and even during heavy action sequence with the bat mobile, gameplay was smooth (~30fps)... i'm running on i5 2500k with r9 270 graphics card.

game is so good though :banderas:

I read somewhere that the last patch helped some gpus, but not all. It wasn't an optimization patch, but some people were saying their shyt was running better

I haven't touched the game in a while but I just tried it now since there was a new AMD driver released yesterday. I had toyed around with the ini files before so I think I had messed with it but the game is playable right now for me. I can run the game at 1440P downscaled at 30fps pretty much with the occasional hitch or stutter. it's like the resolution increase didn't do anything to the performance. :manny:

Someone releaseed a tweak tool.

If y'all do have Quattros, just know it runs well. I couldn't wait for a patch man. I've had maybe one instance playing it in like 15 hrs where I noticed some slowdown. Its pretty steady throughout and the effects are all pretty gorgeous still honestly.

Cooped on craigslist for 30 so fukk it

Message from Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment
JULY 11 - GARY.LAKE-SCHAAL
We have heard the PC gaming community outcry of disappointment for the initial launch of Batman: Arkham Knight on PC. Again, we would like to apologize to you, the fans, and let you know that we are taking full responsibility for releasing a product that did not meet our quality standards, which is why we suspended sales of the game as soon as we understood the issues. The Batman: Arkham Knight fans are extremely important to us and our highest priority is ensuring PC users get the full, high quality experience of Batman: Arkham Knight they deserve. Rocksteady Studios has created an amazing game with Batman: Arkham Knight and they are now working closely with us and our partners to ensure that we offer the same experience on PC. Once the PC version is fully updated, Rocksteady and all parties will agree that it meets a superior quality bar and we will then make the game available for sale.

Addressing the PC performance issues is still our top priority and at this time, we believe we have identified a number of fixes for the larger issues that were affecting PC players at launch. These fixes are currently being implemented into the game and once we have been able to do some initial testing, we’ll have a better idea on the status of our progress. We’ll provide an update on how things are developing next week.

We can also assure you that because of this latest launch, we are modifying the internal review process for all of our games. For those who are waiting for the updated version of the game on PC, please know that we are working on this every day. For the players who are continuing to play Batman: Arkham Knight on PC, fixes are continually being made to the game as we await the final updated version.

Our continued focus on getting the right PC fixes in place for the main game has had an impact on the development of all DLC content for the PC version of the game. This means that the Batman: Arkham Knight – Batgirl: A Matter of Family DLC will not be available on July 14 for those who are currently playing the PC version of the game. We apologize for the delay and only want to make sure that any content that we offer is up to the standards that PC players expect.

Thanks again for your continued patience, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment.

Batman: Arkham Knight will not release this season, according to an internal email reportedly circulated at Australian retailer EB Games. In the email acquired by Kotaku Australia, it's indicated that the necessary updates aren't expected to roll out until the Australian spring, or fall in the Northern Hemisphere.

“As previously advised, we have stopped sales of Batman: Arkham Knight PC while Warner and Rocksteady work on addressing performance issues with the game," the email reads.

"The latest information from Warner is that the updates won’t be available until Spring. Due to this we have made the difficult decision to recall all PC stock from stores to return to the vendor until an acceptable solution is released.”

That means we're unlikely to play a properly finished Arkham Knight for at least six weeks, assuming the update rolls out as soon as autumn / spring arrives – which it probably won't. Rocksteady already issued one patch in late June, but it wasn't intended to fix all of the game's myriad problems.

In case you've been hiding in a batcave this past month, you might have missed that the PC version of Arkham Knight was a bit of a disaster. The ensuing outrcry forced Warner to remove the game from sale, which resulted in all PC DLC being delayed also.

Meh as fukk if true. fukk WB for this bullshyt. I already got my refund. Since the game still is loadable on my PC for some reason, I will just play it and beat it. fukk them.

Use this for some good workaround..
