ok, so i unlocked my FPS using the .ini file.
i set it to 80 and started playing.

i'm getting a consistent 60-85 fps (even though i set the limit to 80).
occasionally it dips to 45ish and i'm not getting any stutter.

i'm playing at 1080 with a GTX 970 and a 760 as a dedicated physx card.

it seems you're not sensitive to stuttering. I think it was you that said you didn't notice it in Watch Dogs either

Yeah, don't touch it. I beat it at 30fps, cuz it was so crazy with the fps once you unlock (terrible drops, stutter, etc.). The majority of people have bad experiences. @Orbital-Fetus is not the norm. He just got lucky. If you read the steam forums, there are some people that got lucky and others that didn't. There's no rhyme or reason to it either. They took it off the market for a reason. shyt is fukked up for the majority of people

Yea I preordered it. I just got it sittin on my desktop. Once I saw the feedback and played a little bit for myself. I said fukk that. Im waitin.

I couldn't wait. shyt is fun. Too much batmobile, but shyt is fun. I just have some boring ass side quests left. I shoulda waited, but I wanted to play this piff.

exactly, dudes got Titan X's and shyt, and they're happy to play the game at 30fps

I understand the desire to dig through the .ini and try to find some magic fix. but if it was that simple, they would have patched it already. the game has some weird issues. it ran better for me at 4k and 30fps, than 1080p and 60fps. it seems like the memory issues actually hold the fps back

yeah, i know that much of the eye candy is missing but it looks good enough.
i'm just glad that i'm one of the lucky PC gamers that is not having performance issues.

the game has only crashed once for me.
