I’m not moving goalposts at all. I’m saying exactly what I’m saying. He did not lock him up 1v1. I watched the same game you did. You’re probably literally talking about 1 to 2 1v1 possessions (the block and the steal off a lazy pass that was headed to him). Most of those “locked up” possessions were on blitzes that first quarter. Those 3 pictures clearly show Cade and multiple other defenders on Jalen in the first quarter. Please show me the footage of him locking him up. Jalen drew damn near 3 of the 7 fouls Cade had on him as well. Maybe people can’t see the difference between 2 and 7 on the court so they're just mashing up all of the defensive pressure Killian and Cade put on him into one person



Cade played solid defense but y’all nikkas see a clip and run with a narrative. Go rewatch the game and I promise you you won’t say Cade “locked him up”. Regardless this is summer league. It’s really not that deep. Just annoying to hear this parroted when game footage is available
