you must not be from down south
No not at all but good music is not just regional and no one denies scarface, eightball n g, ugk, ghetto boy, outkast classics. P ain't on that level and even then people could tell he was ridding waves. I'll take juvenile having classics over P any day if we're gonna stretch the definition.

Classic Niccas
P was the man, never under stood the hate he gets. Dudes got countless classics under his belt

P gets hated cuz:

- took the frontline bullets for the south.
- people wished it was a new York dude that did what he did. master p would have his own mural if he was from new York instead of new Orleans
- white people hate him and they fuel the negative east coast narratives thru media.

Countless classics?

He was a trash rapper

meanwhile, yall sit around on here and talk about trash rappers all day.

P wasn't an emcee, but he made classic music.

yall the same dudes that will turn around and say somebody like Kanye west has classics.:laff:

remember jay and dame went to p...touch the south market..p never went to them for shyt...jay n dame went to the south 3 times ,,to create lanes...with p..ugk and the dungeon family

dungeon family? when was that?

I think you meant cash money.

No Jay z and you wouldn't even know who damn is, rocafella was a 3 man partnership. Every single person dame has done business with post rocafella talks bad about that dude. Don't forget about the spitta situation.
jay z was a king los freestyle rapper when dame found him on the street

Wish I could triple dap this.

The south woulda eventually broke through but it didn't with scarface, ugk or outlast. P put the south on the map. He made it possible for cash money to get on. Look at all the crap cash money re released after No Limit gave them a lane. P is a legend. Maybe more so for his business mind then his raps but dude is a hip hop god either way

Why yall southern cats always wanna turn shyt into a south vs easy coast thing? Can't just give props @shopthatwrecks

I'm sure that Diddy has more profitable businesses still standing today if ya wanna.go that route. P might have been brilliant in.one regard but he wasn't paying his producers and artists right which led to the collapse of his empire. You can't just talk about the good points.

In the end his business crashed and burned just like Dame. P movies, shoes, clothes, phones was all a failure in the long run and burned his money up. Tell he whole story. Him and Dame ain't that different in the end.
p was payin his producers..

them producers didnt wanna go out
had pac survived and wanted to leave death row right after that, master p (outside of j prince) would've been the only nikka who could've got him off the label

flip flop rock s

He literally BOUGHT their albums.

For example, he would tell the artist, I"ll pay you $300k for that album. But the artist would ONLY get that pay whether the album sold 100k or went platinum. Keep in mind it was a risk for P as well.

You never hear people saying P fukked them over so kill that noise
