2020:
California Sen. Kamala Harris is dropping out of the presidential race, citing a lack of funds. She informed her campaign staff of the decision on a conference call and later sent an email to supporters, in which she wrote "my campaign for president simply doesn't have the financial resources we need to continue."

ATLANTA (AP) —
Kamala Harris and the Democratic Party’s prodigious fundraising operation raised more than $1 billion in her loss to Donald Trump, but the vice president is still pushing donors for more money after the election.
Democrats are sending persistent appeals to Harris supporters without expressly asking them to cover any potential debts, enticing would-be donors instead with other matters: the Republican president-elect’s
picks for his upcoming administration and a handful of pending congressional contests where ballots are still being tallied.
She dropped out five years ago because she did not have enough funds.
When she got the funds she lost. Money not the problem.
If she ran earlier and started putting herself out in 2022 after midterms, coulda been better.
She got jammed down, I don't think Biden deserves all the smoke.
Dude just wanted to be president before he ended his career.
People in the DNC probably was trying to get rid of her since her 2020 run.
It was probably to scuttle DNC reliance in the Black vote while they seriously court Latinos for midterms.
Kamala was much a casualty as a target.
Shyt went down like a grimy street-flick type hit.
And they ran her pockets. She done.
