So a 19 year old phenom(Harper) and the best in the game who also dated Rihanna(Kemp) aren't marketable? :wow:

Also MLB is the 2nd most profitable sport in America, so it's not exactly falling off. :heh:

Plus, being at a MLB game>>>>every at other sport event live(sans NHL or College Sports).

did Josh Hamilton relapse or die? :leon:

:what:Baseball been setting attendance record the last 5 years..theyres always empty seats in April or May

AS far as the younger generation..these soft fakkits wearing tight jeans and hipster clothing not liking baseball kinda makes me feel even better about being a baseball fan:umad:

Yep

Like others have said baseball has had great attendance recently and tv ratings for playoffs are up. We need to stop comparing ANY other sport to the NFL. They have far surpassed all other sports and its a national phenomenon. Take out NFL and baseball is #1. If there is any sport in danger of dying its hockey.

Relapse :beli:
Threads like this, show who only followed baseball in the 90s/early 2000s.

:snoop: I bolded you saying Matt Kemp being the best player in the bigs.....which he isn't unless Josh died or had a relapse that caused him to stop playing this very day

The thing that has me worried is the low turnout at the Marlins new stadium. I had a feeling that would happen and its not a good look
