Stop with that nonsense.Great teams like Real Madrid, Bayern, Barcelona, etc stack their squads with the best players available. Suarez alone was probably the best striker in the entire English league, yet now he plays second fiddle on Barceona. Teams are more equal in the upper echelon of European competition, but in the mid to bottom tier, the English teams are better (and buy better players too).
That aside, Harry Kane is a good striker. He just hasn't adapted to teams watching his tape yet. I didn't even know soccer teams watched tape but apparently they do. He needs to be more creative with his finishing.
Villareal, Bilbao, Sevilla or Valencia would easily beat the likes Leicester, West Brom, Liverpool or Southampton. There's tons of mediocre players in the Premier League making lots of money. But since they're cheaper than English players, clubs snatch them up while English youngsters rot in the Championship.

Villareal, Bilbao, Sevilla and Valencia are not better than Tottenham, Southampton, Everton and Liverpool.
The top scorers in the Champions league are also Spanish teams and Bayern. Real scored 41 goals in the Champions league the year they won. English defences being better is not that better and looking at Harry Kane's goal today for instance that was just a single pass that opened up an entire defence.

Real features some of the best players in the world at all positions. They are nothing like the average La Liga. The same is true of Bayern and to a lesser extent the Bundesliga. And of course Kane is going to have trouble at Arsenal when his team has trouble against Arsenal. The lack of chances aren't his fault. I'm an Arsenal fan and we historically crush teams like Valencia, Sevilla, Villareal, etc. We lose against teams like Bayern and Barcelona because we don't have the same quality dispersed throughout our squad as they do.

That's your opinion. The English clubs track record in Europe show otherwise. Technically, they're much inferior it's not even funny. Running around like headless chickens doesn't make you great. It might be fun to watch, but the EPL quality is below even the Bundesliga.

I'm an Arsenal fan and remember playing Valencia and Villarreal. They are Champion League byes. Also, I think English teams are just going through a slump. Historically good English teams aren't performing well. Serie A teams are benefiting but most of those teams (outside of Juventus) suck. They won't last long. Remember Balotelli ripped Serie A apart but was
in the EPL.
