It'll be 2060 and AAs will still be viewed as second-class citizens by whites, Latinos, Jews, Asians while being outperformed by African and Haitian immigrants.
If you're going to spew ignorance, at least construct a proper question.

Immigrants move into communities shared by the African American working class and use

- housing
Black student scholarships which were initally aimed at blacks in America (African Americans) will be open to them. It's very obvious what @Poitier is talking about. Again, this is all well and good and most AA's won't mind pooling their resources and oppurtunities with other blacks (the more the merrier) AS LONG AS THEY INTEGRATE! But to use the resources AA's fought for and not even to attempt to know them is highly insulting.

It's an illogical arguement. Immigrants move to America for a better standard of life so clearly life can't be fabulous back home otherwise they wouldn't be moving. Let's just be frank here....

These resources aren't exclusively for AAs, as @Poitier was indicating. Those are services provided by the government (for the most part) for all citizens.
I believe Black student scholarship are aimed at blacks in American. Again, not exclusive to AAs. They're available to Africans in American. Jamaicans in America. Haitians in America. The point of those scholars are to benefit BLACK students. And those scholarships (for the most part) are still established and given out by dominant society (white people).
My point is that black community has not developed resources made for AAs' exclusive use. So @Poitier 's beef with Haitians in that regard is off the mark. Haitians are sharing space with AAs. AAs, despite being in the US much longer, do not own the space any more than Haitian immigrants.
And how the hell do you expect immigrants to integrate into a community that isn't even unified? The black community is clearly fragmented so it's almost as if immigrant groups are better off sticking with each other, retaining their culture, and trying to prosper in America.
I think the genuine problem is that AAs are threatened by black immigrants from other countries who retain their cultural identity and outperform AAs academically and professionally in their presence.

There are more non-AA blacks in colleges, grad programs, and in businesses/corporations than AAs. The stats will show that.
AAs are losing footing in academic and professional achievement. They are consistently outnumbered and outperformed by Africans and Caribbeans. Fact.
