Banana Pudding: Is it proper served warm or cold?

U peons raised off vanilla jello pudding and banana slices with whipped cream or whatever y’all put in it.

I don’t even know how you would make it warm. That’s sounds nasty

i know down here...our grandmothers make the pudding from scratch..flour sugar, egg whites milk and vanilla and butter

Banana pudding should be warm but chilled at the same time

As in you got it out the fridge where it was cooling and took it out to let it warm up. It shouldn’t be too warm to where it loses its taste and texture. But should be cool enough where it’s firm and has a nice refreshing feel to it. There’s a sweet spot.

No one mentioned the nilla wafer. I prefer the wafer to be warm if I am to eat it. Cold without the wafer
