Baker for his resilience, hard work, actual results and production on the field
Herbert for his raw talent, strong/accurate arm, athleticism, youth and potential

Baker has a little more experience/savvy/poise than Herbert. Herbert has a lot to learn and has a lot to prove.

Both have big and obvious flaws, that’s why I’m not a fan of either because obviously if I had the choice I would choose burrow/Allen/Jackson/Mahomes instead.

Herbert got the future, but baker for the present moment right now.

I need to see Herbert with two good ass WRs and a good te, at the same time. Then I will judge. But personally, I feel Baker has peaked already and Herbert still has some big time improving to do.

Midbert is the clear option if he could get his head outta his ass. He makes throws not a lot of these young mfs can make but since he also plays like he's gone off that narcotic sometimes, it's closer than what it should be.

SMF and LAX to VA and NC
Baker Mayfield has a whopping 2 playoff wins and was a number one overall pick.
:unimpressed:
That's two more than Herbert and he's just consistently played well in the postseason, even in defeat...

Tampa was supposed to crater, Baker was on a 1-year deal as a bridge QB. Instead, this mf turned into an elite QB who won his division twice...

He's significantly more resilient than Herbert. I dont know that I'd give Herbert much of an edge on athleticism, Baker is fast and fearless, too. He extends plays and is pretty damn accurate...

I want the guy who shows up in the big games. That guy isnt Herbert...
Easily Baker. Justin Herbert is Just A Guy 🤣...

Depends.

If you have an elite coach/QB developer (McVay, Reid etc), you take Herbert because the upside is there and he still has a lot of room to grow.

If you have an average/above average coach (McCarthy) and need someone more ready to go NOW....take Baker.

baker makes too many mistakes ..Herbert

Herbert makes both teams better

chargers get worse with baker because he’s not gonna just sit back and “drive the car” like Herbert can and did this year…Baker gonna try some shyt and it‘ll blow up .

his mentality is good when its working,,,but he still has too many of those “wtf you doing bro” moments

Los Angeles County to….
Tough

But Baker

Baker off the fact he will run with the ball and try to get the first down for you

Both are kirk cousins turnover prone in key situations
