I dont really like how the BMickie stuff playing out. They shouldve showed him goin to Meech for help to take care of his mom and Meech shutting it down or something. Maybe they did it season 1? I remember there being a story line of Mickie feeling left out from the decision making, but that should be resolved.

The idea that they start the story and REMAIN in Detroit for two seasons is the definition of milking an idea to death. The only fascinating part of BMF is the Atlanta/LA 2001-2005 era.

Most of the 2005 raids came out of SW and Ecorse, they always had a stronghold on Detroit, Atlanta came much later.

Non-Detroiters-The "Devils Night" is sorta right. It was touched on in 8 Mile movie as well. The main fear with Devils night was if you stayed next to a bando. Most was not just burning down homes with people in it. The purpose was to stop girls, teens, etc from getting raped in bandos. But it's true some white folks burned their bldgs for insurance money
