the bulls cannot rebuild because they essentially don't have their own first round pick this summer. but it looks like they will get a 1st rounder from portland tho the way things are going.
Gotta look at it as a multi-year situation even though that's no fun.
Demar's 33, playing better than ever and the team is 6-10. His contract is a bargain given his production. The Bulls aren't winning anything this year or next with Ball and Lavine on the books. It'd be prudent to cash in on Derozan now before he starts declining.
