Having a good bench is going to help us a ton this season

But we have to get off to better starts. We seem to always be playing from behind

And we have to defend the perimeter better. Scrubs shouldn't be able to come into your arena and dam near shoot you out the gym in the 1st qt.

I really think Pat off the bench is the move. With that unit he's more comfortable and you can feature him more there. Last night's game is a prime example. He's not getting 17 shots primarily playing with the starters. With that being said, we def need him attacking and taking around 12-14 shots a game IMO. He gets going off the bench, and then you can mix and match depending on the matchups with the starters as the game goes a long.

He isn't a plug and play type of player, and that's cool, but with this roster, I think in order to get the most out of him, he needs to play with the younger guys.

He isn't really in this kind of action with the starters. They'll have Vuc as the screener, when Pat's on the floor with them, he's just spacing the floor.

He has the skillset to be more versatile with those guys. He' rarely in the dunker's spot with that unit too. Something has to give.
