what weapons y'all currently using?

i'm using the last light of day sword [10% bonus fire damage, killing an enemy restores 10% of my max health] with the sun and moon shield [slowly regenerate max health 30% during the day and at night slowly regenerate up to 30% max essence]

and

Giants Slumber [successful parry gives 20% move speed and 20% dodge distance for 20 seconds] with the beetles bulwark shield [below 75% health a successful parry summons a beetle to fight with me and 20% resistance to fire accumulation]

Im on a battle mage build so I use the wand and book for now and the great hammer but im only in paradis

Lowkey a hard game. I'm level 10 and getting smacked by some of these bounties

Was exploring the second area last night. Haven’t even gone to the city or wherever that you’re supposed to go to first. Stumbled over some pretty cool shyt. Make sure you check under the bridge by the coast on the south west side by where you start off. Be ready for a little challenge. Got a pretty badass 2H sword from it.

Also fought a pretty cool mini boss in this cave system. Still having a good time with it.

yeah i found 2

one created my meteor blade, the other created i think its called meteorite rifle. Those the only 2 weapons that it makes and you need starmetal to upgrade them further

Probably the same 2 I found in the 3rd and 4th zones. I didn’t make the rifle this time around just used it to upgrade the blade and used that for the rest of the game. If I play through it again I’m probably gonna use more of the ranged weapons.

Emerald stair will humble you. IT really forces you to use combos and switch between weapons.

I have played this way too much this weekend. 2H still annihilating people. Got this heavy armor that boosts the companions attacks 20%. I was surprised at one point I had used an AOE on everybody then took on the big . And when I turned around my 2 had took care of the minions. Legit put my controller down gave those usually worthless bozos a couple of claps

Versatility in combat combined with it being so cheap to respec has me just experimenting and having fun. Done with all the bounties and side missions in the second area and just gonna finish progressing the main story

Edit: just finished the second area. Surprised at the option they gave me. It was glorious
