How is this movie copying "Transformers"?
Thanos didn't care about the Cube, Loki winning, or any of that sh*t. Like I said earlier, this was a jab. He wanted to test Earth, which is why the leader alien said "humans weren't the cowering wretches we were promised".
As far as the altitude sh*t, that's not really a plot hole. Air Force trains at a height of 25,000 feet....and that's run of the mill recruits....Hawkeye is one of the best soldiers on the planet, so it stands to reason he'd be able to go higher.
Also it's not how high you can go, it's how long you can last at the height. If he was chilling up there 5-10 minutes ok, that's unrealistic....but he'd be able to last the few minutes he was up there.
Lastly....assemble his army
how? You missed a major point of the alien invasion, they needed the power source from Stark's tower.
