And Darkseid, Joker, Lex Luthor, Flash etc. It's give or take but all in all between the 2 companies I would take DC.

They just don't have the people to adapt the stories on screen. We have yet to get a definitive version of their most popular character on film.

Christian Bale was average to straight up awful.

And who in Marvel hold the same weight as those 2 Spiderman and Ironman?
The rest are all second tier like Flash, Green Lantern etc.

Only difference is Marvel invested in that second tier.

While WB outside of Batman don't want to take any risks.

At this point WB should just look to sell to a studio who will invest in the DC universe.

The crazy shyt is before the MCU, nobody really gave a fukk about most of the Avengers. The biggest Marvel characters were Spider Man and X-Men, right? They had to take Ironman, Thor, Cap, etc, and MAKE THEM popular with the average movie-goer because they couldn't bank off the name popularity.

It only took 4 years for Avengers to drop after Iron Man in 2008 and was only 5 movies deep by then. DC dropped 4 flicks b4 JL in 5 years basically.

DC seemed rushed but they just didn't know what they were doing more than anything while Marvel had a plan.

If anything, IW success is gonna make studios churn out even MORE comic book movies. They say movie studios are scooping up ANY comic book property hoping it’ll be their “Black Panther” or “IW”.
