That would be some corny gimmicky bullshyt and that's coming from somebody hyped for this movie. There's gotta be a better story that. Robert downey jr as doom should be enough and I don't even fukk with that casting but that's should be the only gimmick casting they do

They had the rights to all the X-Men shyt for years now.... why we still waiting
I think they're going to reset the MCU after these Avengers movies with X-Men, Fantastic Four, and Spider-Man. Mostly X-Men tho.
If they’re doing secret wars it makes sense
everyone is far too confident in the MCU Xmen. people always cite the Avengers for being a "b squad" but they were new. it was fresh to see them in movies. MCU is flabby and sick and about to hit us with basically the 3rd iteration of the gay ass Xmen, i'm not so sure the rennaissance is gonna happen like some expect. i also don't believe they're gonna be able to make many huge solo movies out of the xmen and build to big event films.
In fairness the actors seem to be coming back as alternate versions. So it’s not like the original stories for their characters are being retconned
The real problem y’all should have is with Disney running a CON that they couldn’t recast T’Challa. If we don’t get a recasted T’Challa or hero Killmonger Black Panther in this movie

The shyt is pretty much secret wars part 1.. a story that’s suppose to have everybody in it…. And yall mad that everyone might be in it because some died like there can’t be a variant version?
We just saw like 6 Wolverines in 1 movie and we had 3 Spider Man’s in 1 movie.. what makes yall think they comin back as the same dead ones? If they didn’t retcon Logan ending, a story they had no part of, I doubt they’d retcon their own endings

I've mentioned it many times before, the comic book universe peaked with Endgame and the attachment just isn't going to be there with future movies and characters going forward as it was previously even if they bring the X-Men into the fold. I called right when the news was first announced that they were going to be shows out on Disney+ that it was going to be a flop that hurt them long term.
Yeah some of the movies will still eclipse $1+ million plus, but the spectacle just isn't going to be there anymore and it was impressive that it was previously that they were able to make it to events like Civil War and Infinity War.
