Well in general but specifically for government jobs, you have to upload your shyt in the right format cause if not they not gonna look at it. My homeboy told me his mom who works in HR for the VA told him that to help him get his government job which he was trying to get for a while. But in general, you can get away with way more shyt with civilian jobs as opposed to government. Just lie to beat the system and look like an idea candidate if you trying to get the job lol. You gotta cheat or else you behind the 8 ball. The system looking for the perfect candidate. But humans settle for the best so all them requirements and shyt be more they wish list than anything.
