It's slowly coming back up. This was true in 2014ish apparently.

San Antonio is very blue collar BTW. Yeah African Americans can make a living there but living there 5 years was enough for me.

My Mom is really adamant about moving to Austin but I'm set on Dallas.

We both live in different states but I plan to move outta NOLA and she wants to move out the DMV.

Diversity is cool with me but I didn't wanna live anywhere where the black community was 8%...
