the reaction on here is really ridiculous, these players have played the entire year for themselves... not for Donald Sterling.
Now because its public knowledge that there owner is a racist, the players should be expected to negate any importance placed in their OWN success, and performance and instead boycott a game to undermine their owner...
That would just be undermining their own hard work, at no point in this season did the clippers make an organizational goal to win a championship for donald sterling... they're here to win it for themselves. The reaction here mirrors that from alot of non-basketball fans I see on twitter. To act like theyre arent numerous CEO's with similar views is the real shocking part... its like that Chris Rock joke... everywhere I go I expect cacs to be racist... that isnt going to stop my own quest for success.
The resolution to this problems comes from the NBA forcing sterling to sell the team not from the players boycotting a playoff game, and I feel theres a strong possibility of the former happening this offseason.
