i just started lookin at these yahoo comments :russ:

those cacs :umad:

cac number 1

This is beyond ridiculous. As Voltaire famously quipped... "To learn who rules over you simply find out who you are not allowed to criticize." We already know liberals have no respect for the first amendment. We also know that they have no problem ruining a person if they dare run afoul of their personal beliefs. Whatever happened to considering the source? This man is being crucified by the media and the NBA for an illegally leaked conversation by a gold digging mistress. A woman who said she would "ruin" him. You'd think people would be smarter than to take the bait, but then again this is America, where we're ruled by fools. I only wish the African American community would thicken up their hides a little bit, but then again whining about racism is something they've perfected.

This cac's mind is so twisted he doesn't realize that he's talking about people like Donald Sterling with the bolded :denzellaugh:

i didn't realize the team had already been sold

:childplease:

the only reason sterling got a lifetime ban is because the players have been very vocal about the situation and silver knows they would boycott

that shows you how powerful a statement a boycott would have made

them boycotting would have obviously led to the same end, but it would have looked better for blacks because our players would have grabbed their nuts and made this happen themselves instead of waiting for the commissioner to save the day

yep
The players wanted to play...and the moron you quoted said one game protest would have hurt MORE than a force of a sale?

Do you realize how stupid that quote really is?

@BarNone @MAKAVELI25 word in the legal streets is that this woman broke state law by recording a private conversation inside his home, confirm or deny? She could be charged with illegal eavesdropping correct?

I honestly don't know, I treat law school like High school: Cram, then forget erthang :pachaha:

Norfeast groovin…
Sit out one game over having this same POS still own the team?

TELL ME YOU ARE JOKING

Not to :cape: but I see what he's saying. I think the reason why Silver did what he did was primarily because the threat of a boycott was there. Had they of boycotted Game 4 that would of reverberated through sports and society in a much stronger way, it actually would've transcended race and spoke about other things like labor, the 1%, etc etc. What Silver is doing is something that should've been done a long time ago anyway and its kinda hard to believe his denial of knowing about scumling's character. What's happened was appropriate, but I'm not at all losing sight of the bigger picture cuz that hasn't been addressed.

I keep on hearing this dumb ass argument people say when trying to defend Sterling. Some people keep trying to harp on the fact that "Sterling made these comments in a private setting" as if that somehow negates the impact of those racist and ignorant comments :mindblown:

People have gone to prison for life all behind a private recording behind closed doors. People are Sittin jail right now because of their voice on a recording. So how is Sterling any different
This is killing me also.. The thing is, WE HEARD THE TAPES! It doesn't matter under what circumstances we heard them. We all heard that sh*t, we can't go back in time. Once we heard them everything changed. Its like a married guy getting caught in bed with another woman and he tells his wife, "but honey you weren't supposed to see that". And she's like, "But I did see it, and now sh*t is going to hit the fan".

Its funny they refuse to ask why is dude getting recorded by his groupie tranny in the first place. They're skipping that entire part. Check your b*tch and get your house in order

Your point? :saspls2:

So privacy means nothing to you? Other than criminal activity; no person should be punished for what they say in a private setting. How would you like to be secretly recorded in your home, then fired for what you say? Again, I'm glad he's gone but this shyt is absurd when you think about it. :what:

they're dumb because they aren't really fighting for free speech in the first place, they're fighting because they don't want any consequence for being who they are, which is racists.
Exactly. Free speech doesn't equal free of consequence, yet they're clamoring for it in their ignorance of the law.
