They could vote him out but they don't want to. Players should fukk up their pockets, force them to vote...

That's giving the players too much power. They've got a collective bargaining agreement deadline in a few years. No chance they throw an owner to the fire and give the players a leg up. Listen to Cuban's remarks, its all about power.

Cuban says "When you start trying to legislate morality, you've got big problems,"

Meanwhile the NBA legislates whether physical altercations in games are morally righteous or not, and suspends/fines their players completely arbitrarily.

The NBA legislates whether saying "no homo" is morally righteous or not and fines Roy Hibbert for saying it.

The NBA legislates whether saying "fukking fakkit" in a moment of rage on the bench is morally righteous or not, and fines Kobe Bryant.

The NBA legislates whether posting a picture of a big booty bytch on your personal twitter account is morally righteous or not, and fines J.R. Smith.

The NBA legislates whether or not a player's private LEGAL marijuana use in the offseason is morally righteous or not, and suspends any player involved in that activity.

Why were you silent on those issues Mark? Nothing I hate more than an inconsistent motherfukker.

Dude basically wants to cover his ass in case he gets caught slipping saying some racist/homophobic/sexist/xenophobic shyt, therefore he's against setting precedent to remove owners from the league who do such actions. Mark Cuban doesn't support a zero tolerance policy in the NBA for racism, sexism, xenophobia, and homophobia. It's as simple as that.

Not to mention they can enforce a fukking dress code on the "thuggish" players:beli:

Could you imagine how many people would get fired if they were being secretly recorded in their own home? I don't give a fukk about cacs, but this nikka Sterling was in his own home. There wouldn't be any employee white people if they were all secretly recorded.

Sterling is a complete POS but they can't force him to sell the franchise. Silver doesn't have have that power and has to work in the confines of the contract.

Trying to force him to sell would just make him sue and you can't use the videotape as evidence because he didn't consent to being taped so...

"Hopes" he sells the team. Yeah, good luck at getting that penny from his clutches.
The Jews will back and take up for each other. If he thinks those current Black Jews are 100% less of a Jew than he is, then what does he and others Jews think about Blacks in America.

Sterling faces tough challenge - ABC News

Q: What penalties can Silver issue?

A: Under the provisions of the bylaws, Silver has two sets of powers that he may use. Under either, he can issue a lifetime suspension and a substantial fine. Under Paragraph 24(l) of the constitution that was adopted by the NBA owners on Oct. 26, 2005, he can issue a fine of up to $2.5 million, can suspend an owner indefinitely and can order the forfeiture of draft picks.

...
In another provision, Paragraph 35(A)(c), Silver can issue an indefinite suspension and a fine of $1 million to any owner who "makes ... a statement having or designed to have an effect prejudicial or detrimental to the best interests of basketball."
Q: Is it possible for Silver and the NBA to terminate Sterling's franchise ownership?

A: Yes. Under the terms of Paragraph 13 of the constitution, the owners can terminate another owner's franchise with a vote of three-fourths of the NBA Board of Governors, which is composed of all 30 owners.
