I just feel like people are under the impression that the season and these games don't matter to them. Like, "they could boycott this game, and then if Sterling gets fired, they can try to win the series after."

A better question probably would have been "What if this was game 7 of the NBA Finals? Would people want them to boycott and forfeit?"

I have a little cousin on my african side who is a junior at UCLA, she did her 2 year at West LA college, and now she's at Uni, this little girl is not paying ANY fees, because she's a minority who went to a JC first, she goes full time, and UCLA is only charging her 12k a semester, all covered w/ grants because shes a minority from a low income family, in fact I think they even GIVE her money. Do AAs even know about this? But you know what my african cousin decided to do? join the financial aid dept, and help recruit low income students. we dropped her off in front of Dorsey HighSchool where she passed out fliers to help awareness that UCLA is obtainable for them just like it was for her.

I'm saying Africans (actual immigrants from Africa not people with African parents) don't see themselves as being in the same lot as African Americans.
