ok after watching a vid the manga author was indeed worried about how slow this arc was and agreed with the directors of the anime to pace it a little better for whole "attack on politics" shyt about to go down.

I was worried about this arc while reading the manga. Thinking this was too dry for the anime. Im glad they switched it up.

I like the formula, depending on the story, of the anime fleshing out the manga and taking liberties when/where necessary. This next arc needed it.6

But afterwards things are gonna get :banderas: both in story and action.
