Do yall think we need an Atlanta discussion thread seasons 1-4? Rewatching season 2 ep 4 and guess what animal Earn and Nessa encounter on the road. A wild pig. So it wasn't the first time on this show with paperboi

I saw Goof by the door ep a few weeks after it dropped, and went in with zero knowledge, no trailers or nothing. The same day before I watched it, I had ideas about improving Disney World but decided to keep them to myself until they hire black a CEO. Not no hershal Walkers or Ben Carsons either. Then I saw the ep for the first time and was left shocked and inspired:ohhh: My girl dont like Atlanta; she not white she just suuuuper basic, but I forced her to watch it with me on a rewatch. Even tho she saw me select Atlanta and play the episode on Hulu, she still thought this was a real documentary :snoop:

Dave is great, but check out Louis (FX), Ramy (Hulu), Master of None or Mo (both Netflix) for similar heat. Dave and Mo are the most similar live action shows to Atlanta. The Boondocks is the closest thing to Atlanta overall. Peace to Aaron McGruder & Regina King. Ranking goes Boondocks>Atlanta>Dave>Ramy>Mo>MoN>Louis

The finale was amazing brehs

So many theories to pick out

One thing I noticed throughout the whole show, is every time Darius said some out of this world shyt, Earn and Alfred's replies were always neutral, no one ever questioned what his problem was etc
leads me to believe how many moments in the show was Darius in a dream state

I'll definitely be revisiting this show, I think I'm the show from a writing and directing stand point is genius
