we all make mistakes. Some of us are able to learn from them while others are not so lucky. She was not lucky. But folk want to act like she didn’t make that mistake. She did and it’s ok. It’s just unfortunate that this useless act of shyt killed her.

You basically said he went on a rampage [shooting random people and cops], and because of that he would've exhibited these tendencies beforehand. There's no rampage if there's no gun. He has no recorded history of violent criminal offences. People kill their significant others all the time, but one should never assume from the jump that the victim was at fault or should've known better, which is what is going on in this thread.
How many men who have DUIs do you think are likely to go on to kill another human being? Any more likely than the next man? Should women avoid every single man who has a DUI or a similar low-level offence?
