These people must have low self esteem coz that whole situation could have been handled with a stern "go home now! And follow these curfew rules" even a high school kid could have handled that better

This is why I keep saying that it should be almost as difficult to be a doctor as being a cop.

We trust both professions with the lives of our citizens

No charges for the students. Update from the GoFundMe:

"Good morning! Messiah Young and Taniyah Pilgrim have both returned home. Fortunately, neither of them had to pay bail due to them being wrongfully arrested!
They do still both have to attain lawyers, pay for therapy, buy a new vehicle and pay for medical bills. The support for Messiah and Taniyah has been overwhelmingly amazing and both their families truly appreciate the monetary, emotional and mental support from you all.
If you want to continue to donate you can, but I will be be closing the gofundme soon. These are my friends and no amount of money can make up for what they’ve been through. Please continue to tell their story and spread awareness. They will get justice. Thank you all again!!"

I'm waaaaaaaaay fukkin skeptical of this. These charges are for show, designed to appease. How the fukk do y'all think they're gonna get convictions on these? We can barely get convictions on cops killing people. This is for show. Throw those cops under the bus now, and maybe everyone forgets that it's the system of militarized police forces that led to them doing exactly what they were trained and ordered to do.

Well, at least they're fired (2 of them?):yeshrug:

I'm with you. I look at it as a start. If these cops see that their jobs could be lost and they could catch charges, hopefully they'll second guess shooting/abusing their power.

Facts. The DA might be overplaying his hand, he didn’t even interview the cops yet, even though their is clear video evidence, but it seems He’s trying to throw some charges out there to quiet any potential criticism.

I see they took it up a notch, and tried to slip a cac in there too. He probably got disavowed for having a black GF (wench)...:dead:
