I'd say god is more so a concept we use to describe and praise whatever force brought us together and higher guiding universal laws that make put existence possible. This has evolved into an appreciation for life and desire for cohesive harmony through the God tier religion called Christianity which us based on the perfect principles of YesHua which are the Goat.

Deep down atheists want to be worshipped as Gods.

I like how you say god is a concept because thats exactly what he is. A concept devised by man to give their interpretations of the world as they viewed it. It is in essence just a description of nature and how man has chosen to describe it. Thats why non-religious folks always point to science - because its a new and improved way to describe nature. Same thing you're doing, just your assigning a name/face to a "god" that in actuality is just nature in its purest form.
