First, there's nothing wrong with having sex with women who've had children so if you meant that as an insult, it didn't quite work the way you intended.

Second: In a world where nothing is 'wrong' or 'right', EVERYTHING is permissible. Philosophy and ethics would have no place.

I wasn't trying to insult you. Nihilism is just ONE of many takes on ethics. Just because you're a nihilist doesn't make it so.

You may be right that nihilism is the way the universe operates. And what if this is true? All this means is that humans assign a value of ethics to impose on ourselves. Yes, creating religions and lying to people that there are absolute moralities given by deities are a product of that. But not the only product.

Also, just so you don't sound like an idiot off this board in real life conversations, theology is a branch of philosophy. Religions provide a sense of ethics, just as many branches of philosophical thought do. The only difference is that it assigns ethics to be a decree from a deity (or deities). Then we start getting into Euthyphro and absolute divine morality.

Wrong. Philosophy is a branch of religion.....just so you don't sound like a condescending sphincter anywhere besides this board. Euthyphro isn't actually a 'dilemma' and I don't really care about 'divinity', 'dieties' or any of that nonsense.

Have a nice day.

Philosophy is not a branch of religion. The first philosophers were religious.. most philosophers believed in spirituality.. but Philosophy is exploring knowledge about reality and existence.

Why are we always talking about atheists and their demonic underlings. We're never going to accept you people.

But we will try to help, you people.

Most "atheists" on this site only claim it because it's the "cool" thing to do, they lack understanding, they're arrogant, have no discipline and don't want to be held accountable for their actions.

That's why I never take them too seriously.

But everyone knows God exists that's why these "atheists" spend every waking moment thinking about Him.
Don't worry. We don't you seriously either.

Your GOD is so powerful that he can't end suffering. Instead of making a utopia, he created a world with suffering. He claims to love all his children but he can't end suffering...

He's so powerful but he can't defeat evil... :dead:

GOD is a human manifestations. He's about as real as Santa Claus.

Speaking of ethics and absolute morality:

Don't agree with everything he said, but the underlying point is correct.

A lot of absolute morality that derives from religion have over time been dampened and replaced with other human ethics.

Absolute morality from Jesus and the NT:

21 Leaving that place, Jesus withdrew to the region of Tyre and Sidon.

22 A Canaanite woman from that vicinity came to Him, crying out, “Lord, Son of David, have mercy on me! My daughter is suffering terribly from demon-possession.” :demonic:

23 Jesus did not answer a word. So his disciples came to Him and urged Him, “Send her away, for she keeps crying out after us.”

24 He answered, “I was only sent to the lost sheep of Israel.”

25 The woman came and knelt before Him. “Lord, help me!” she said.

26 He replied, “It is not right to take the children’s bread and toss it to their dogs.”

27 “Yes, Lord,” she said, “but even the dogs eat the crumbs that fall from their master’s table.”

27 Then Jesus answered, “Woman, you have great faith! Your request is granted.” And her daughter was healed from that very hour.

i'm not an athiest, because by my understanding and I could be wrong is that athiest is still admitting and following some sort of belief, just the not the usual religions

I don't believe in or follow shyt, I most def refuse to praise and worship a being who won't even reveal themselves because that's just absurd

Now I do believe in other beings in the universe besides just what's on earth, far too much space and depth for this whole universe to just be inhabited by humans, plants and animals

atheism should be called haters of christianity as taught by white slave masters

which i share the same sentiments. i hate the kindergarten childish way god is explained and discussed

but atheist themselves are becoming more and more like the people in the church they abhor

just replace the bible with science books and jesus with darwin or hoyle

they become arrogantly judgmental in their assessment that everyone who acknowledges there is a creator worships the exact same way as christians who were taught christianity by white slave masters

when in fact millions dont worship that way

and it becomes redundant and silly to continue to run to places in the bilble place its passages out of context and believe they are making a point for atheism.

makes them no different than the christians they claim they dislike

All forms of learning about, understanding, and dealing with 'reality' are derivatives of religion. That's as simple as I can make the concept. I've tried to translate it to my theist & non-theist friends/family/associates and they just get further confused so I'm not going to try anymore. Especially here. It'd be a waste of time and would take a ginormous wall of text.

I might write a book about it, but I have more research to do before I can present it in a way that would make sense to more than just myself.
