At what point during 2016 election campaign did it dawn on you that Trump might actually win

When I heard from several white women that they didn't respect Hilary for sticking with Bill after the adultery...especially the older white women. Knew one from my job and she was disgusted that Hilary took bill back...Hilary got embrassassed in front of the world ..she stayed with him for the power.

:ld:

Ironically Trump cheats on all his wives, has open sexual assault cases, brags about grabbing women by the p*ssy, and lusts for his daughter. Guess those were signs of strength to them... Weird fukking timeline to exist in. Trump probably reminded them of their own fathers. Hilary was similar to their mothers.

Above the fray.
Any answer other than on election night is a lie. All the standard ways to measure/predict the numbers had Hillary winning in a landslide.

The news media went so hard with the "bu bu bu but Russia stole the election" line because his election revealed the flaws/shortcomings in their polls and election coverage.
Four year long juelzing campaign.

too many repubs stayed in too long. They coulda got him outta the paint if they would have narrowed it down to 2-3 establishment types sooner.
Honestly I don't think it would have mattered.

There was no Republican stopping trump in 2016 primary.

Reagan ain't walking through that door and even He would struggle on this anti intellectual MAGA era

From the beginning breh I have zero faith in cacs not being racist. Everyone was calling me crazy and saying that I was a trump supporter in my personal life just because I knew and kept saying he was going to win and they didn’t believe it was possible . They took it as me wishing he won nah homie I know how they get :yeshrug::yeshrug:. He said everything they wanted to hear

The fact that he survived access hollywood and mexican are rapist scandal should have signalled that this is not a normal candidate and normal rules doesn't apply and the time for everyone to take him seriously.

Even as He kept surviving all the scandals and killing it in the primaries, everyone, myself included, continued to doubt him as a threat/serious candidate

like someone already mentioned, it was when "grab them by the p*ssy" didnt tank him

but in hindsight, a big part of it all was the contrast of the DNC cancelling the 2016 primary. hillary might have beaten trump, if she had actually had to beat out 15 other competitors first, like he did. instead of just being crowned internally, years in advance

imagine if bernie didnt exist (which thanks to superdelegates, he never did). the 2016 democrat "primary" was hillary clinton, sheldon whitehouse, and jim webb :what: we literally even weren't given a choice of candidates. i mean think about it; who in here would have bothered to physically vote in that primary? what would have been the point?

theres probably been more competitive primaries in north korea. that should never, ever happen again. especially to end in a loss :scust:

When the "don't vote" shyt was popular among the "thorough" portion of the black folk that were upset about Obama :unimpressed:

Also when Hillary didn't campaign in the Midwest, while Trump was out there hustling day and night in those swing states (with the use of Russian money).

It wasn’t just one thing. It was the culmination of so much coming together. Especially with the direction the right had already been going in. Especially after Sarah Palin. Trump just took what was already there and ran away with it.

By the time of the primary.. yeah he wasn't getting stopped. Unless Kasich and Rubio dropped out to boost Cruz.

But I'm only taking about the time before the primary when you had way more in the running.

Trump wasn't some unstoppable force, they just let his momentum become too great. If they woulda made a bunch of those other repubs running drop out..they coulda got Trump out
