Best film of his in the 2000s is Inglorious Basterds. Obviously Christoph Waltz' role in it helped a lot.

Django was ok but then became a gore film with a bunch of violence a la Kill Bill. In hindsight I recall the hype for Kill Bill being so high being a Tarantino flick but those films didn't age too well IMO.

The anime sequences were as good as anything QT shot in the film and that says it all. I was all about Kill Bill..

menace 2 society is good tho. aside from juice its probably the only 'hood movie' (off the top) that I like
