Dude I just told you that the white venue owner signed a contract saying that the venue owners take 100% responsibility. You want to add all of these other people because you don't want just the white venue owners to go down and take the blame by theirselves. Even though I just explained that it's in the contract that it's 100% their responsibility. The white venue owners are the only ones liable. They will be the only ones being sued and getting arrested. Now you mad because you wanted black people to be sued and arrested and blamed but it's not gonna happen. As a matter of fact Travis can sue the white venue owners too

You have no idea how lawsuits work and signing a contract doesn't absolve people of negligence. Show me the contract. Pull it up. You're making this a racial issue when there is none. There's an accountability and liability issue for sure.

ive been to a lot of travis concerts, everyone jumping, pushing, moshing is expected but usually security was good at pulling distressed people out of the crowd, people were good about letting people fall back but judging by how tight shyt was in the back cant imagine how bad it was up front

There are videos where dude is literally looking down and can obviously see what's going on. He can literally see the ambulance and also people being carried to safety in the crowd. Come up with a better excuse than that to cover for him.

so this is not promoters coming to him saying hey come play at our arena. he owns this. he probably had to fill out an application to license the venue, and provide proof of insurance. so it will probably be on his insurance unless the insurance has a clause that says "if you do ___ intentionally, then we will not pay out" or something like that.
