This shyt seems to happen more than ever :gucci:

The amount of money in music festivals and these people can't get their shyt together and ensure people's safety?

All involved should never be allowed to run live events again

This is where I am at with this. Everyone cutting corners to make a buck until something like this happens. Disgusting. Making it seem like the overseas industrial system.

Travis is not going to be held liable at all. He's not obligated to stop his show. People pass out at shows all the time. The famous video of people passing out and ambulances everywhere at the Michael Jackson concert and you don't see Michael Jackson stop moon walking or performing.

Travis will not be held liable at all. Lawyers ain't got no case. The white venue owners will be the only ones sued and arrested.

Watch what I tell y'all

yeah..people actually talk about how people were passing out Michael Jackson shows like a badge of honor :dead:

artists are basically programmed to keep the show going..unless it gets on to the stage

I think you in the wrong thread :dahell:

I am tackling one portion of this at a time

I am on the stampede portion of the merch area on the first page
I have not gotten to the poor logistics.
Or the harsh drug use like we hippies in woodstock.
This shyt mind numbingly bad.

I mean they are more feverish than ozfest.
when i went and nuffin happened at ozfest twenty years ago.
From tickets my producer gave me.
Which had marilyn manson too.
Where he popped out an evil mickey mouse with arms.
Plus sang numeorus laying on stage..singing songs out of a mic postioned wink wink in a girl's ass.

I feel this event occurred in this manner from a number of variables.

So lemme catch up and finish reading the full thread.

yeah that's his whole thing, he aint biting 3 6 mafia hooks for no reason

da hell is that poster on. i guess he missed the whole historical impeachment thing :skip:

that's the difference that distinguishes this from other festivals like woodstock. woodstock is its own entity that hires performers. on the other hand

"Astroworld Festival is an annual music festival run by American rapper Travis Scott"
Astroworld Festival - Wikipedia
so this is not promoters coming to him saying hey come play at our arena. he owns this. he probably had to fill out an application to license the venue, and provide proof of insurance. so it will probably be on his insurance unless the insurance has a clause that says "if you do ___ intentionally, then we will not pay out" or something like that.
The venue owners are responsible.

NRG Park is a complex in Houston, Texas, USA, named after the energy company NRG Energy. It is located on Kirby Drive at the South Loop West Freeway. This complex of buildings encompasses 350 acres of land and consists of four venues: NRG Stadium, NRG Center, NRG Arena and the NRG Astrodome.

Were You Injured At NRG Stadium? Free Legal Assistance

Visitors come to NRG Stadium with the expectation of having a good time at a football game, a rodeo, a concert, or another event. The stadium’s owners have a legal obligation to take reasonable steps to limit the possibility of injuries to visitors. Unfortunately, stadium visitors still risk the possibility of an injury.

If you were injured at NRG Stadium, call D. Miller & Associates, PLLC, now for a free case evaluation. If you have a viable case, our attorneys can help you pursue an insurance claim to cover your medical bills, lost wages, pain and suffering, and other losses resulting from your injury. Contact us at 713-850-8600 today to see how we can assist you in recovering compensation for your damages.

Establishing Liability for Your Injury Claim
We start with identifying the party that owns the premises where your injury occurred and determining which Texas laws apply in your case. Harris County Sports & Convention Corporation (HCSCC), a component of Harris County, operates NRG Stadium. Harris County is a government agency, and NRG Park is on county-owned property. This means the Texas Tort Claims Act and the state’s premises liability laws may apply in your case.
