I’m gonna defend Travis in this situation about him continuing to perform while people are passing out.


I’ve been to countless festivals and people passing out is pretty common. Like I remember the height of deadmouse they were at the festival I was at and people were passing out left and right in the crowd with the ambulances everywhere.


And every time I’ve witnessed this at a festival they never stop performing their music.


Like how was Travis supposed to known while on stage in front of thousands of people that they were dying ??

Ehhhhh he was at an elevated height and more than likely would have been able to see what was going on. Not to mention the fact that you had fans screaming and begging him and telling him what was going on.

A better defense that he could use is that he admit that he knew what was going on, but didn't stop performing so he could divert the crowds attention away to what was happening.

Reading more about this...it might be curtains for Travis brehs. The show wasn't insured so Travis is personally liable for all of this shyt. Travis was already on the bad side of insurers due to previous fukkery at his shows, which is why they refused to do this one. So when those lawsuits start flying.....


I wonder if this is gonna make him Kanye status. With festivals and shows, if it takes more money to insure an artist's appearance than you expect to gross from the show why book them. Assuming this spikes his rates, which it will...I don't see how he gets an arena tour next year.

Dude I just told you that the white venue owner signed a contract saying that the venue owners take 100% responsibility. You want to add all of these other people because you don't want just the white venue owners to go down and take the blame by theirselves. Even though I just explained that it's in the contract that it's 100% their responsibility. The white venue owners are the only ones liable. They will be the only ones being sued and getting arrested. Now you mad because you wanted black people to be sued and arrested and blamed but it's not gonna happen. As a matter of fact Travis can sue the white venue owners too
