I use ISO-100 Chocolate so I think the taste should be fairly good then (since you use ON and I think the taste is almost the same.)
I'm naturally skinny how do I get muscles. I've been working out 2 years now and barely gained muscle mass
Thanks I will start to lift heavy. What if I can do 10 reps?Too vague of a question, but the obvious answer is to bulk and lift heavy. Weight is a function of pure science, calories in vs calories out. If you eat more calories than you burn, you will gain weight - if you lift heavy, the excess weight will turn into muscle. There are 3,500 calories in a pound, so eating 500 more calories than you burn daily (find a weight maintenance calculator on google), will allow you to gain 1lb weekly, or 4lbs per month. Lift heavy and consistently, and stay away from excess cardio. Also, try some of the weight gainers out there as they will assist in getting you to your daily caloric requirement.

Damn brehs I need to get my diet game right. My Diet is shyt
Breakfast: 10g Protein PowerBar(230 Cals)
Bolthouse Farms Coffee Proten shake: 16g Protein (190 Cals)
Lunch:
1 Cup Bolthouse Farms Fruit Smoothie
1 10g Protein Bar (190 Cals)
1 Fiber One Bar (130 Cals) 7g Protein
Dinner:
2 Footlong Turkey Subs with cheese & Veggies.
This if I'm being good & disciplined enough not to beast some dessert and or potato chips.
On the weekends, I kind of lose my mind brehs. I will starve all day and beast some Pizza or In & Out or some other reckless shyt for dinner.
What is your fitness goal? Gain muscle, lose fat, etc?
Do you not like eating "whole foods"
The reason I don't eat whole foods is because
1. I'm too lazy to prepare food everyday for my breakfast & lunch. I would eventually fall off.
2. Real food does something to me. I have control issues with food. Once I start eating real food, there is no stop sign for my brain or stomach.
3. I wake up at 3:50am to hit the gym every morning, and get to work by 8am. I need something that I can store at work and that is ready to eat when I get there.
I have reached my overall goal for trying to lose weight for a while now. I'm 6ft 195 most times. I just need to find some consistency in my eating so that my appearance is lean & cut and not flabby. At this point my appearance is totally reflective of my eating and has little to do with my actual weight, but I'm perpetually mentally stuck in weightloss mode.
I'm currently in an endless cycle of eating bad at dinner time and trying to make up for it with tons of cardio that I hate doing, but am hopelessy addicted to doing.
Non-expert thoughts:
1: Have you looked into trying to prepare meals on Sunday for the entire week?
2: That's a tough one I won't attempt to throw thoughts on
3: Understood but I bet you could at least work something out for lunch
Part of the reason you likely aren't eating well at dinner is because you aren't eating "whole foods" prior so you don't feel as full as you could. The cals may be there but satiety not so much.
I know that this is the truth. I'm pretty much starving when I get home. No matter how much I plan on being disciplined for dinner, I usually end up beasting whatever is in the house after I finish my proper dinner. I'm better some days than others.
My biggest thing is I want to find a way to reduce my cardio, but I have an irrational fear that I will blow up if I do so. Plus mentally it's hard, but physically I'm in great condition and don't want to fall off by cutting down too much on it.
I'm doing 6 & 7 miles of HIIT on the treadmill everyday. I take Sundays off and do the stairmaster. This shyt is starting to weigh on me mentally though, I feel enslaved to this shyt.
