I Really Mean It

I wouldn't spend 1K, and I love steak, but do you.
I’m speaking generally but you right these restaurants probably scrambling to make their money back off product just sitting. The three star Michelin restaurant around my way has been doing “family dinner” for 50 a pop probably just trying to get rid of shyt.Just excess in stock for top tier restaurants that they need to unload. 6oz A5 Japanese filets you can buy and get delivered tomorrow for 125 bucks. The primo cuts aren’t the bargains. The middle and Lower tier stuff I filled my freezer with. They have to move it ASAP, and they have (had) tons of it
Ok okIt’s a rib eye. Big give away is the cap on the outside of the steak.
Typically that’s the best way to go about it but judging from the pic it’s probably just a single steak.
It’s not a restaurant. It’s a huge supplier for the Vegas restaurant scene. Massive wearhouse of surplus. City fighting at Costco over ground beef and little packs of chicken you can go there and get a freezer full of quality meats for a couple hundred bucksI’m speaking generally but you right these restaurants probably scrambling to make their money back off product just sitting. I actually didn’t read that excuses stock part, I only skimmed through your post. Didn’t realize you were talking about now because of all this covid shyt going onYou’ll bet me money, that a place that supplies the Wynn, bazaar meats, Bellagio, and many other Vegas strip restaurants doesn’t have actual wagyu in excess in stock right now? How much we betting fam? They got 6oz A5 filets you can order straight from japan. They have 7 figures worth of beef in stock and no strip or local Vegas restaurants to supply to, but it ain’t really wagyu.
