Nothing nefarious it's because it's Americanized Chinese food. Most Americans wouldn't eat authentic Chinese food

It's funny because the Americanized and authentic stuff can both be really good if done right.

Sometimes you want Dan Dan noodles and sometimes it's General Tso chicken but the authentic stuff is always higher quality. We can be weird as Americans though...scared of bok choy and pepper fish but will eat bologna and cheetos

I learn in mexico that i don't really fukk with authentic mexican food like that. thought would a lot more chedder in the dishes than what i got.
taco bell puts shredded chedder on everything, but in mexico it seemed like unless the dish had "queso" in the name, it didn't have any cheese.
the meat was of a better quality though
