Nothing nefarious it's because it's Americanized Chinese food. Most Americans wouldn't eat authentic Chinese food

I also don't eat at westernized Asian restaurants because their menus are weak.

My barometer and I hate to say it but it's true more often than not: The closer it gets to LA (West Hollywood), the less authentic it gets

She's gaining a lot of traction and popularity though and I always hope people like that never sell out.
People like her become popular for being raw and honest, then they get thrown a bunch of money to push something else or to "tone it down".
Platforms that don't compromise tend to be the strongest and longest-lasting: you'll earn as much over time but you'll have clout for longer additionally.

Common sense is not common though. There are plenty of people that think their local Golden China prepares authentic Chinese Cuisine.
this is just her opinion/preference but I’ve seen chinese ppl eating at the takeout spot I used to eat at…one group was acting like it was their last meal lmao
