Asians use that "Honerary White" privilege to the top. In my experience, when you're black, and you see Asians in higher position the job you're starting at, just leave and find another one.

They already made buddy buddy with the management and they make sure their people profits the most.
They will make sure to alienate you quick if they don't like you.
